We use MailChimp, a platform operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, to send our newsletter. The information provided during newsletter registration is stored on MailChimp servers in the USA.

When accessing the newsletter signup page, you are automatically redirected to a MailChimp-hosted page under the domain uni-wuppertal.us13.list-manage.com. Your IP address is transferred to MailChimp's servers in the USA. This transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring that MailChimp commits to complying with European data protection regulations. Nevertheless, a complete guarantee for the protection of data transferred abroad cannot be ensured.
