DesignKiosk is an open resource center for citizens who want to bring their ideas to life. We support people precisely where they encounter challenges in developing or implementing their ideas, and we guide them as they move their projects forward independently and on their own terms. Self-efficacy and empowerment are at the heart of our work. We are convinced that social change often begins with a single idea—and that people have the ability to actively shape their own lives. That is why we create spaces for exchange, consultation, and collaborative brainstorming, so that initial ideas can develop into concrete projects. The designers and design students at DesignKiosk serve as guides on the path to bringing these ideas to life. Together, we develop solutions, build skills, and foster confidence in people’s own creative potential.
Whether it’s about improving one’s daily life, strengthening community ties, or tackling societal challenges: DesignKiosk encourages people to take their ideas out of the drawer and take action. Let’s make a difference together!
